Our Sales Recruitment Team

Bringing Over 75 Years of Combined Sales Recruiting and Sales Staffing Experience

Ken Sundheim Ken Sundheim, a graduate from Fordham Business School (NYC) with a major in Accounting and Management, began his career as a sales representative for a small technology firm then called FivePoints Compliance located in downtown New York.  At FivePoints, Ken learned sales, marketing, human resources and technology from some of the most intelligent, savvy entrepreneurs and sales representatives he knows.   Ken worked at FivePoints throughout college and, after a year of post-graduate sales, moved to a larger firm in order to manage the company’s Fortune 500 Financial accounts.  About a year later, Ken began staffing open sales jobs internally at the company, which is how he was first introduced to the business of sales recruiting.  Following his resignation, Ken started a sales recruiting firm, which was initially called KS Consultation. With only a book on the business to guide him, within the first week, Ken landed his two first clients by placing two two cold-calls.   Soon, calls and referrals began to come in from all over the U.S. and Canada, and KS Consultation became KAS Placement.
