She began her career in the entertainment industry before transitioning into recruitment. Daily, she helps leading organizations attract and hire employees driven to succeed and aligned with their culture.

She brings a unique combination of creativity and precision to KAS Placement, drawing on her experience with NBC, Marvel/Netflix, ABC, CBS, TruTV, and Warner Bros.

Daily Responsibilities

Currently, she serves as a key player in several sales and marketing recruiting divisions.  Her versatility allows Caroline to guide clients in industries such as technology, finance, and manufacturing to make smart hiring decisions in a competitive and uniquely challenging job market.

By leveraging years of expertise in helping some of the nation’s most prestigious companies attract exceptional employees, Caroline remains highly respected by some of today’s biggest firms.
