Our client of our account management recruiters is a mid-size company in the consumer goods vertical looking for both an East Coast and West Coast sales manager to upgrade their existing sales force through internal training, consistent feedback and sound management technique.
Individual could be located in the Midwest as well as job is virtual.
About the Company
For over 30 years, this organization has been a leader in the beauty industry. Though, lately has seen a slow down in employee motivation and is seeking an experienced manager who has a track record of success with inside sales representatives of all ages.
The ideal candidate that our headhunters are seeking will enjoy training current sales representatives, assisting in contract negotiations, displaying leadership amongst the team and will embrace a culture of consultative selling.
This individual will also be working with the marketing team to formulate new marketing materials which will make the company more enticing and competitive when compared to other firms in the space.
He or she will also be engaged in areas of contract negotiation and pricing recommendation.
- 3+ Years sales management experience (business to business preferably).
- Strong desire to train existing account managers.
- Ability to form lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and the sales team.
- Cultivate a positive atmosphere amongst the sales representatives conducive to obtaining competitive advantage.
Compensation is dependent upon experience. Full benefits, stock options and quarterly bonus based on sales representative performance will be included.
