Each recruiter who is brought on to our team goes through a six-month training period that is based off of the big banks' training and education period for new hires.

This involves going through course work and learning sales, sales management and executive business philosophies and subsequent executions in order to maintain the level of intelligence, productivity and knowledge that the clients of KAS Placement have come to expect from the members of our search firm.

A Corporate Atmosphere That Is Far From Corporate

Two times a week our executives will meet with the entire team expecting suggestions from them as to how to make the company better, how to better ensure that our job seekers are happy and how to allow our clients to fiscally justify using a 3rd party recruiting solution.

We know that middle management is just that because they allow those under them to go brain dead.

Outside work, KAS is involved in several charities and thanks to the writing and media recognition of our executives, our younger recruits and interns are often given free dinners and V.I.P. passes to different bars / clubs.
