About the Skin Care Sales Management Job
Founded nearly 60 years ago, the client of our sales management recruiters is a well-known, high-end manufacturer of skin-care products.
Since inception, the firm has cultivated a culture of highly driven, organized individuals who approach their business from a logical, creative standpoint.
Due to reorganization and sales personnel growth, recruitment is needed for sales leadership in multiple U.S. cities.
Right now, sales managers are needed in Atlanta, Houston or Dallas and Las Vegas.
Each sales manager will be responsible for a dozen or so sales representatives. All of whom are already in place.
Sales Management Job Tasks and Obligations
- Formulate improved sales processes
- Train and upgrade existing sales personnel
- Engage in recruiting activities when necessary
- Track P&L and produce revenue reports
- Attend trade shows to further enhance brand image
- Utilize competitive analysis and client feedback to make pricing and R&D recommendations to Sr. Management
- Accurately predict future industry trends
- Negotiate larger contracts ensuring both profitability and buyer satisfaction
