This role represents the next phase of the company’s evolution. Specifically, bringing greater operational structure, campaign execution, and performance visibility to a growing marketing function.
Job Summary
The Marketing Operations and Campaign Manager takes on the responsibility for operationalizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes, but is not limited to email, automation, paid media, events, and analytics.
Moreover, the individual will play a key role in ensuring marketing strategy translates into organized, measurable execution. The company is headquartered in the Pittsburgh area. Though, remote candidates with relevant B2B marketing experience will also be considered.
Ideal candidates possess B2B marketing experience with a successful history in campaign management or marketing automation jobs. Prior experience in building automation controls is not required.
Responsibilities
As the Marketing Operations and Campaign Manager, your responsibilities span multiple strategic marketing areas.
Campaign Execution
- Build and deploy email campaigns within a marketing automation platform
- Create and manage campaign landing pages
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and creative assets
- Ensure on-time execution of monthly marketing initiatives
- Manage QA testing and deployment accuracy
Marketing Automation
- Build and maintain automated workflows including nurture, reactivation, and welcome sequences
- Manage segmentation strategies and audience lists
- Ensure CRM and marketing automation systems integrate properly
- Maintain database hygiene and compliance standards
Paid Media Coordination
- Support paid media campaign execution and optimization
- Develop campaign briefs and associated landing pages
- Monitor campaign pacing and budget allocation
- Consolidate and analyze campaign performance reporting
- Recommend ongoing optimization opportunities
Event Logistics & Execution
- Coordinate event timelines, registrations, and logistics
- Manage communication with venues and external vendors
- Oversee attendee tracking and booth materials
- Support post-event reporting and follow-up initiatives
Minimum Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing campaign data
- Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives
Preferred Requirements
- HubSpot experience preferred
- Experience working within a Salesforce ecosystem
- Paid media campaign experience, including Google platforms
- Experience supporting live events and trade shows
Compensation
- Base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000
