Right now, KAS Placement’s marketing recruitment client is looking to fill an open Director of Marketing role with a results-oriented, customer-obsessed marketing leader. Our client’s journey began with a clear vision: to ensure every family enjoys the highest quality of water in their homes while also nurturing the planet for future generations.

Now, they are reinventing the way water is managed. With retail and commercial solutions, they deliver a wide range of innovative fresh water filtration technologies for all use cases. Right now, they are growing their marketing department and recruiting a Director of Marketing to ensure brand recognition and market share increase.

This person will serve as both a hands-on marketer as well as lead an in-house digital team of six employees. The organization is based in South Florida, however remote employees will be considered if they have the right experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage high-performing marketing and affiliate agencies to increase sales and revenue.
• Determine and execute overall marketing strategies that lead to increased sales and brand awareness.
• Manage the ongoing implementation of marketing strategies working with Chief Executives
• Monitor & improve marketing efforts to ensure optimal performance and healthy ROAS.
• Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and execute our marketing strategy.
• Ensure the team understands and executes the creative direction appropriately.
• Develop the strategic direction of our branding strategy
• Manages the department’s P&L.
• Manage, mentor and grow a team of 6 digital marketing employees

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in leading marketing roles in similar organizations.
• 7+ years of managing, developing, and leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans and measurable results
• High-level marketing and brand experience demonstrating the ability to meet revenue results
• Innovative thinker and creative problem solver willing to challenge the status quo
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Preferred experience in leading marketing efforts for an organization with a hyper-growth mission
• A good communicator with a player-coach mentality – someone who can motivate others and themselves to do their best work.
• Ability to research and gather data from various sources and distill it into a clear and compelling message.
