We’re recruiting a senior account manager for a tech services firm with locations around the U.S.  The senior account manager works remote, though needs to be located in the Northeast.

More frequently, companies need high-end technology support and customized software to ensure they operate at full efficiency.  Additionally, our sales recruiting client integrates mission-critical AI features into their clients’ CRMs, can customize workflow processes, enhance reporting and much more.

Moreover, they assist companies in moving key applications to the cloud to ensure privacy, redundancy, universal reporting and easy access for remote employees.  The organization works with Microsoft, Amazon and Google Cloud products and services.  Their programmers work on-shore from U.S. locations.

Job Locations

Right now, they are recruiting a senior account manager in the Boston, Philadelphia or New York City area.  This person will be covering the Northeast territory, prospecting for new accounts.  Additionally, the account manager will be responsible for managing existing clients deemed mission critical to the organizations’ success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest level customer service
  • Defines and makes technological recommendations based on client strategies and objectives
  • Designs a sales process that will increase lead generation and contract closings
  • Writes sales pitches, helps with marketing material and serves as main touchpoint for assigned accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of generative AI solutions
  • 5+ years of managing a successful sales territory for technology services
  • Experience in enterprise sales
