Our team is recruiting for a leading pet insurance provider offering modern coverage plans backed by strong customer support and intuitive tech. With a growing member base and strong industry retention, the brand is scaling rapidly in a competitive space. They’re hiring for a Sr. Marketing Manager that can help further their efforts to expand their U.S. customer-base.

The organization is West Coast based and possible locations for this individual could include Seattle, San Francisco or Los Angeles.

Job Duties:

• Uses data and market research to understand the buying habits of target audiences, developing audience-specific go-to-market strategies and plans.
• Develops value propositions, messaging platforms, and detailed promotion plans for each program/event, product or service.
• Provide senior leadership for the marketing team and foster collaboration with external teams to drive the execution of the company’s strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, or other relevant focus of study in writing or communication.
• 10+ years of relevant and successful marketing and proposal management experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the following industries: pets, insurance, healthcare, wellness, consumer subscriptions services.
• A good eye for visualization, layout, and/or graphic design skills to create visually-appealing and effective marketing content.
• Confident personality with the analytical skills to identify trends and challenges, offer new ideas, and help teams construct sound marketing, pursuit, and proposal strategies.
