The client of our sales recruiters is one of the most well-known hotel chains in existence. The hotel not only caters to high-end travelers, but hosts some of the most luxurious business and diplomatic events.
Right now, we are looking for a few mid-level business development representatives who can achieve booking goals and properly deal with event planners to meet revenue objectives for the organization.
The position would entail the following:
– Serve as a sales contact for the clientele. Follow-up and cold-calling when necessary.
– Work with the marketing team to ensure that the needs of the target customers were exceeded.
– Be able to sell room services, event services, corporate functions and other revenue driving activities.
– Keep up with market trends and make recommendations to management regarding changes in business plans.
– Research competitor’s sales strategies to ensure that our word of mouth marketing is up to date.
– Ensures guest satisfaction and repeat business.
– Continually formulate ways to increase revenue generation for the organization and earn personal commission.
– Build successful relationships with vendors, customers and internal management.
– 4 year degree from accredited university.
– Consultative selling style.
– Willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
