Chief Executive Officer

Ken holds U.S. government security clearance through recruitment consulting for the Central Intelligence Agency. He’s also been hired by Google’s Double Click division to assist in streamlining the staffing process.
He has appeared on MTV, Fox Business News, CNN, Bloomberg Television and MSNBC. In 2014, Ken was offered a reality television show the Bravo Network.
He has taught interviewing and human resources techniques at Columbia, New York University, Syracuse University, UCLA, Pace University and other major U.S. interviewers. He oversees recruiting projects for 1st time clients.
Alison Ringo
Managing Director
Alison Ringo is the Managing Director and was the 1st employee to work at KAS. She is an honors graduate from New York University. Aside from acing her verbal SATs 2x. Alison was also a finalist to be on Jeopardy!. She possesses a fluency in French.
Alison has written on recruitment for U.S. News and lectures at Baruch University and New York Institute of Technology. At KAS, Alison oversees all candidate screening functions, external interviewing and direct client management.
Melissa Grisby
Senior Account Executive
Melissa Grisby is a Sr. Account Manager at KAS. A native of San Francisco, Melissa came to New York when she was singed by one of the country’s elite modeling agencies.
Prior to doing so, she had several scholarship offers to study economics and finance at Tier 1 Universities throughout the nation. Within two weeks of starting at KAS, Melissa brought on the largest client in that fiscal year.
With Alison Ringo, Melissa manages our clients and serves as the main point of contact for hiring managers.
