About Caroline Martini

I began my career in the entertainment industry before transitioning into recruitment, where I now help leading organizations attract employees who align with their culture and are driven to achieve ambitious results.

I bring a unique combination of creativity and precision to KAS Placement, drawing on my past experience with NBC, Marvel/Netflix, ABC, CBS, TruTV, and Warner Bros.

Since 2022, I’ve served as a sales and marketing recruiting head at KAS Placement, guiding clients through a job market that is both highly competitive and uniquely challenging.

Beyond recruitment, I also play a key role in developing new services for the firm, leveraging our proven expertise in helping some of the nation’s most prestigious companies attract exceptional employees.

Through my leadership and commitment to best practices, I’ve been fortunate to support job seekers from diverse backgrounds in achieving their career goals at organizations that truly value both their people and their customers.
