Our recruiting team has been retained by a legacy food manufacturer with over 100 years of experience producing specialty peanut-based snacks. Products are distributed nationally through major grocery, drug, and club channels.

They’re hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to support growth within key retail territories.  This person will ideally be based in New York City, however remote employees who have outstanding qualifications will also be considered.

Job Duties Overview:

• Work with the field teams and product managers to understand how the market is responding to the company’s product offerings.
• Design marketing collateral and messages to further brand recognition.
• Enhance digital marketing footprint by developing innovative ways to connect with target audiences across all online platforms
• Understand the upcoming product roadmap as outlined by the corporate marketing leaders and to the market.
• Develop clear, value-based positioning for assigned products, communicating the unique differentiation for targeted buyer personas and markets, and quantifying impact.

Qualification Overview:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, business admin, communications, or any other relevant field of study.
• 10+ years of B2B or B2C corporate marketing strategy, product strategy or product marketing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including hiring and mentoring talent.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data and metric insights to further develop strategy and drive marketing effectiveness.
