Every day, over 112,000 Americans receive a traffic citation, countless others are ticketed for parking, and court fines and fees are an everyday occurrence.

However, many arms of our government lack the technological advancements and manpower to facilitate an online payment system that allows the average citizen to pay fines or bail via a secure, compliant web portal.

In 2002, the client of our sales recruiters set out to bring secure electronic payment capabilities to the public sector. Fast forward and now the organization is a nationally recognized online payment provider that services more than 2,300 municipal customers in 30 states.

Their expanded payment portfolio includes traffic citations, property taxes, utilities, court fines and fees, parking tickets, probation payments and other government payment needs.

Hiring Outside Sales Executives

Due to significant growth and product potential, the client of our sales recruiters is hiring multiple remote sales professionals. As of the third week in July, the following are the current open territories:

Texas and Oklahoma

Colorado and Arizona

Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan

Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin

• Successful track record of consultative sales in the software or services space

• Understand and manage the complete sales life cycle experience (prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing)

• Strong track record of hunting and closing new business, cultivating, developing and closing new customers

• Ability to manage both short and long sales cycles to closure

• Ability to work independently across designated sales territory

• Demonstrated solid track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas.

• Experience using a CRM such as SalesForce.com

• Excellent writing skills and the ability to respond to occasional RFPs

• Experience in payment space is a plus but not required

• Formal sales training is a plus
