This individual can either be located in New York or Chicago.

Required Sales Management Tasks

Our B2B sales management recruiters are looking for a sales management job applicant who can exceed expectations via performing the below listed tasks.

Act as the territory lead from the New York office in Manhattan or Chicago office.

Ensure weekly call, webinar, and in-person meeting quotas are met on an individual and team level.

Coach, manage and lead individual sales representatives.

To do so, facilitate calls, web presentations, and in-person meetings as necessary.

Act as a lead on major new accounts in the territory.

Assess sales numbers on an individual basis for the territory, addressing challenges and rewarding successes.

Monitor usage of and train as necessary for team use. Also, ensure upkeep of CRM database.
