While trailers have been traditionally used as temporary building expansion units, this organization is changing all that. Their innovative technology continues to win market share around the U.S.
Key Job Facets:
- Grow the company’s customer footprint through the introduction and onboarding of new sales opportunities.
- Provide world class customer service to the company’s family of existing accounts.
- Develop trusted, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective clients within all facets of influence: buyers, engineering, production, operations, sales, marketing, and senior leadership.
- Recruit, hire, train and develop a technically adept sales team to support further sales growth throughout the U.S.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Initiate contact and develop new key accounts in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales teams and programs, implementing changes based on findings.
- Work closely with company leadership to ensure clear communication of programs and key account requirements.
- Interface with engineering to ensure products are manufactured to customer specifications.
- Travel to visit prospective and existing key clients as needed.
Requirements:
- 10+ years sales, plus 4+ years sales leadership/management
- Successful sales experience in industrial environments
- Proven record of running a sales territory and exceeding sales targets
- Proactive lead-by-example sales management mentality
