A global PropTech leader retained our sales enablement recruiting division.  The firm is revolutionizing how real estate owners, operators, and investors manage assets.  Although privately held, the company maintains a wide recognition for its leadership in property management platforms and real estate investment software.

The offerings encompass a wide variety of uses and target markets.   Logically, the driver behind recruiting a sales enablement manager is two-fold.

First, our client is looking to modernize and upgrade their sales training.  Second, the job opening is a response to a rapid expansion of their commercial client base and the imminent need to effectively onboard future sales representatives.

Due to this, the company is recruiting a Sales Enablement Manager.  The sales enablement manager will be an integral part of equipping the sales team with tools, training content, and insights.  Overall, the driver behind recruiting a sales enablement manager is boost productivity, support go-to-market plans, and drive long-term revenue growth.

Location and Experience

Our recruiting client prefers real estate industry experience, but it’s not a deal-killer.   However, candidates not possessing industry experience must have tangible, impressive successes in the area of sales training.   Our recruitment client prefers this person reside in Los Angeles.  However, remote employees will be considered.  if there is a willingness to travel when needed.

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute engaging sales training strategies that equip the team with training and resources needed to drive revenue
  • Formulate educational materials, training collateral, webinars, and workshops tailored to organizational sales goals
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence that encourages knowledge-sharing and collaboration
  • Empower the team to innovate and excel in their roles, leading to increased motivation and performance
  • Develop and lead onboarding programs following the firm’s recruiting new sales hires and BDRs
  • Immerse in the day-to-day operations of the sales departments, enabling key initiatives that drive behaviors and results on the frontline
  • Oversee the adoption of sales tools and CRM, ensuring optimal usage and seamless integration with sales processes
  • Establish guidelines and processes to keep the material current, accessible, and user-friendly
  • Monitor real estate industry and sales trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and leadership
  • Oversee the development of sales analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Serve as the liaison between the sales team and other departments

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs and solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or technology sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Great business judgment
