Our client is a leading healthcare and biotech consulting firm providing market forecasting, hospital data, marketing services and more to some of the largest drug makers in the world.
Whether a healthcare provider is kickstarting a clinical trial or wants to introduce a new drug to the right medical experts with a powerful message, they deliver the means to do so.
With offices around the U.S., they help optimize every step of the healthcare commercialization process. Right now, they are recruiting territory sales representatives for their drug commercialization division.
Ideal Sales Job Candidates
The ideal sales job candidates we’re recruiting will have industry experience and 5+ outside sales experience managing a multi-state territory. They will have experience in and be adept selling into large pharmaceutical firms.
This means they have the ability to outmaneuver competing solutions and can understand what drives key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect into major drug and biotechnology companies to introduce the product suite.
- Keep up to date with major drug launches and other industry triggers that facilitate the need for services.
- Prepare sales contracts and collaborate with sales support to negotiate pricing based on market information.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Meet aggressive sales quotes through effective time management, relationship building and closing activities.
- Target decision makers with specific outreach and manage the full sales cycle.
- Differentiate our go-to-market offering using our proven messaging and your ability to read buyers.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in healthcare sales.
- 5+ outside sales experience managing a multi-state territory.
- Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule independently.
- Willingness to travel in local territory.
