We are seeking a motivated Outside Specification Sales individual a minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry. The main responsibility with be calling on mechanical engineers in the Houston area presenting and promoting our company’s services to plumbing designers. There will also be calls on architects and interior designers for the same purpose, and for promoting new plumbing product developments to these firms.
Candidates are required to have experience communicating with mechanical engineers and plumbing products, and should have some knowledge of specification writing in Division 15, and have a working knowledge of California Building Codes / Americans with Disabilities Act as it applies to plumbing products.
