About the Client and Open Job

KAS Placement’s recruitment client is a full-service digital marketing services provider offering digital consulting and  software services aimed to help mid to enterprise level organizations upgrade their brand recognition and lead generation.  They are seeking a territory sales manager to help further sales to both ad agencies and direct to clients.

The territory sales manager will be responsible for revenue generating activities across its line of offerings including paid search, SEO, social media marketing, social media, Amazon and other digital activities.

The organization is headquartered in St. Louis.  However, they will consider virtual or hybrid employees for the right person.

Open Job Responsibilities

The Marketing Sales Manager position supports the company’s objectives of acquiring new customers while continuing to grow current clients. Specific responsibilities include the following:

Prospecting ​​​​

•Effectively researches companies and develops a list of accounts that are probable ideal clients.

•Work inbound leads, field and qualify incoming inquiries.

•Uses multiple communication avenues to build awareness and connect with potential prospects.

•Connects with prospective clients utilizing a persuasive message that differentiates the services.

Leading Discovery

•Asks effective questions to uncover the client’s current situation, business drivers and decision-making processes.

•Differentiates our company from competitors by identifying key areas that are important to the prospect.

•Identifies opportunities for multiple services that will drive business transformation for the client.

Required Skills

•Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to lead and influence.

•Coordinate and lead sales presentations with a high degree of professionalism.

•Familiar with digital marketing services and tools – paid search, search engine optimization, Google Analytics, etc.

•Ability to conduct sales presentations using a variety of technology, including Teams, Zoom and GoToMeeting.
