When recruiting in some cities such as Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami or San Diego, etc. we have to be more precise regarding the physical location of the employee. This is due to heavy traffic. When it comes to Minnesota recruiting, we have to be cognizant of the location due to the weather. To use Los Angeles as an example, an outside sales representative who needs to cover the Orange County territory is going to either have to commute to their territory extremely early or take two hours out of their day simply sitting in traffic. This is similar to Atlanta marketing or sales employees traveling to Alpharetta daily or vice versa.

The good thing about New York City, is that there is a lot more flexibility with our recruiters and their staffing boundaries. Due to an amazing fleet of public transportation options, our sales and marketing headhunters can recruit up to an hour outside of New York.

Regardless of the location our recruiters have seen staffing verticals such as construction slow down. However, unlike the above mentioned cities, construction is slowly coming back and will be in full swing again. This is unlike cities such as Jacksonville who are now described as ghost towns.
