Sr. HR Account Manager to Leadership / VP Transition


Due to growth, KAS Placement is looking for a senior sales, marketing or media professional (HR or Recruitment background acceptable as well) to serve as a client liaison and, upon coming on to the KAS team, begin internal training to manage an aspect of the company.


Since all clients come to KAS, this is not a cold-calling position, though employee will be contacting job candidates as well as networking with potential employees.


KAS Placement employs its own candidate search team, therefore new employee will not focus on being on resume boards, but rather giving career advice to job applicants as well as being the point of contact to clientele who come into the firm.


Individual will be training directly under the CEO and, within a year at the firm should be managing the younger members of the recruiting team as well as holding formal internal trainings and, in conjunction with continuing recruiting duties for our clients, be involved in internal recruiting decisions.
