After the initial search is complete, a KAS Placement recruiter selects the most relevant applicants, and our firm begins the interview process. Following the vetting process, our sales recruiters present only the most qualified and most specifically suited candidates to our client. Those candidates who pass the client’s search and recruiting requirements are set up for an interview whether it be via the phone, Skype or in-person. KAS Placement facilitates the negotiation process and acts as employment liaisons throughout the final stages of the sales recruitment service.
