Our Staffing Fees
The San Diego recruiters at KAS Placement work on both contingency and retained headhunting contracts. Our typical fees are 20% of the base salary of the employee whom we place. Any commission or bonuses given to the individual are between the corporation and the employee. KAS Placement does not receive additional compensation.
KAS Placement gives a prorated 30/60/90 recruitment guarantee. Therefore, after the employee has been with our client for more than thirty days, 1/3 of the fee is payable to our executive staffing team. After the employee has been with the client for sixty or more days, the second 1/3 of the fee is due, then after the employee has been with our client for over ninety days, the last installment is payable to our recruitment team.
If the employee does not work out, upon client request, KAS Placement will replace the individual. Once this happens, the 30/60/90 recruitment guarantee will reset. This scenario does not happen often as our recruiters boast an employee retention rate of 90%.
