What Types of Jobs Does KAS Recruit For?

Since the start of our staffing firm, KAS has solely focused on recruiting sales, marketing and media positions. With regard to sales jobs, our recruitment firm only recruits B2B sales positions as opposed to retail sales employees or anything else direct to consumer, such as securities.

The employer must be paying an adequate base salary; unfortunately we do not staff for commission only positions. KAS has experience recruiting executive level sales representatives to management level all the way down to more entry-level recruitment projects.

Marketing recruitment at KAS is done for both retail marketing positions as well as recruiting marketing professionals for B2B positions. This includes staffing marketing professionals of all levels throughout various mediums, ranging from social media to digital media to traditional print marketing, product marketing, and brand marketing.

Regarding industries, KAS has experience recruiting sales, marketing recruitment and media personnel in nearly 100 different industries. Our clients come from 30 different countries across all continents.

Length of Process?

This is contingent on many different variables such as search specificity and availability of candidates, as well as others. Prior to taking clients on, our headhunters do preliminary research to give the hiring company an idea as to the time range that should be expected from starting the search to hire.

However, our headhunters figure that clients don't come to us to wait, so we do our best to accommodate in as timely a manner as possible.

Submitting your resume in the format explained on the page helps our recruiters index you in our database for a later date if we don't have anything for you presently.
