Therefore, you pay after the recruiters begin their search process (see Executive Search Process) and you get to see the employee resumes before you make a decision whether or not you want to have our mid to senior level and executive search firm performing the recruitment effort. The retained recruiting employment search is paid in three different allotments: when you agree to the recruiting initiative, when you begin interviewing and when our firm’s job search is complete.
