When should I begin seeing resumes? Our recruiters work very quickly. You should begin seeing resumes in 3-5 business days, if not sooner.
What is your turnover rate? Less than 10%
How do you find your candidates? Internal databases, recommendations and referrals, social media, visitors to our website and open jobs page
How many resumes should we expect to see? Typically, our recruiters take the best five or six applicants whom we are working with and send them to our client. If the client asks for more, we are more than happy to keep searching until they are satisfied with the results.
What criteria do you use to decipher who is a fitting candidate? To start, our recruiters look for intelligence, industry experience, history of success at other companies, personality, confidence, and a solid resume. Each candidate we present to our clients also goes through an in-depth interview process with one of our senior recruiters prior to submission.
How many clients do you take on at once? As many as we can while still maintaing the highest industry standards. Our priority to to give each and every one of our clients the best service available.
