Internship and Part-time Needs at KAS

Our clientele comes from over 30 countries and we do business in nearly 100 different industries. Right now, we are looking for an internal HR Representative to be an integral part of our recruiting team.

Title: KAS HR Representative

Location: NY, NY 35th St. btwn. 7th and Broadway

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies

- Analyze and evaluate candidates' qualifications, credentials, attitudes, aptitudes and skills compared with clients' requirements using various means such as interviews and thorough review/consideration of written, spoken, and in-person communication

- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements

- Work with Managers to identify top accounts, desired skill sets, market trends, and to assess clients' recruiting requirements

- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads

- Answer incoming inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and attentiveness

Requirements:

- Have a Bachelor's degree and related sales or recruiting experience 2 - 5yrs.

- Have strong sense of customer service and excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Be familiar with Mac OS, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Mac.

- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

- Have a high attention to detail and possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
