Contingency Job Search
The divisional management of the recruiting and search groups at KAS do both retained and contingency executive recruiting. It is more cost effect and more timely for a client to retain us, however we also welcome contingency searches. Depending on the search, the executive recruiter’s fee will be a percentage of the referred employee’s base salary. On some occasions, these prices will either alter up or down.
